Citizens Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to ClearDefense Pest Control on its Sale to Coalesce Capital

PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to ClearDefense Pest Control, a provider of residential pest control services, on its sale to Coalesce Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in next-generation technology-enabled services companies. ClearDefense's founders and management team will retain a meaningful ownership stake and continue to lead the company in partnership with Coalesce.
