Citizens Advises Ondas on its $876 Million Acquisition of DZYNE Technologies
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Ondas, Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) on its acquisition of DZYNE Technologies, LLC, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners, L.P., for $875.8 million.
Ondas is a leading provider of autonomous systems, robotics and mission-critical technologies for defense, homeland security, public safety, critical infrastructure and industrial markets. The company develops and deploys integrated unmanned and autonomous platforms across air, ground and stratospheric environments, designed to support intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, security and operational missions in complex environments.
DZYNE is a U.S.-based defense technology leader specializing in long-endurance autonomous aircraft, counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems solutions and autonomous effects.
