Citizens Advises BiOrigin Specialty Products on the Sale of its St. Catharines Tissue and Specialty Paper Mill to Marcal Paper
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to BiOrigin Specialty Products on the sale of its St. Catharines Tissue and Specialty Paper Mill to Marcal Paper, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings.
Founded in 1912, the mill primarily produces high-quality TAD (“through-air-dried”) parent rolls used in premium paper towel and bath tissue products, as well as a broad portfolio of other grades.
