Citizens Advises Ramp Health on its Acquisition by Vitality Group
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Ramp Health, a comprehensive, technology-enabled health and safety risk mitigation solutions provider, on its acquisition by Vitality Group, a subsidiary of Discovery Limited.
