Citizens Serves as a Financial Advisor to CertaSite on its Sale to APi Group
PROVIDENCE, RI - Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as a financial advisor to CertaSite, a leading provider of fire and life safety services, on its sale to APi Group. CertaSite was previously a portfolio company of The Riverside Company.
