Citizens Serves as Financial Advisor to TruArc Partners on its Acquisition of Schill Grounds Management
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as a financial advisor to TruArc Partners on its recent acquisition of Schill Grounds Management from Argonne Capital Group.
Established in 2021, TruArc Partners is a middle-market private equity firm that partners with companies across the specialty manufacturing and business services sectors. The firm is backed by a seasoned senior investment team that has led 22 platform investments and over 100 add-on acquisitions since 2005. With significant prior experience in the commercial services space, TruArc Partners will work with Schill’s leadership team as it pursues continued organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
