Citizens Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to APHIX on its Sale to Gauge Capital
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to APHIX, a provider of commercial landscaping services, on its sale to Gauge Capital. APHIX was previously a portfolio company of Caltius Equity Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.
Based in Frankfort, Ky., APHIX provides comprehensive commercial landscaping solutions with locations in Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. During its partnership with Caltius, APHIX demonstrated exceptional organic growth and executed an accretive acquisition strategy by partnering with leading maintenance-focused landscaping firms.
