Citizens Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Great Lakes Roofing on its Sale to Renova One
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Great Lakes Roofing, a market-leading multi- and single-family exterior services platform, on its sale to Renova One. Renova One is a portfolio company of Goldner Hawn, a Minneapolis-based middle-market private equity firm.
Great Lakes Roofing, headquartered in Troy, Michigan, has provided a full suite of exterior service solutions to multi- and single-family customers for more than 30 years. Over the last three years, the company has experienced significant growth across the Greater Metro Detroit Area.
