PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens M&A Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to SSR Roof Supply Ltd. on its acquisition by Beacon Roofing Supply. As a leading distributor of residential and commercial roofing products serving professional installers and contractors across southwest British Columbia, Canada, family-owned SSR operates two branches in the Vancouver, British Columbia, market, one in Burnaby and the other in Surrey.
