Citizens Advises Greif on its Sale of Delta Petroleum to PSC Group, a Portfolio Company of TJC
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens M&A Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Greif, Inc., on its sale of Delta Petroleum Company, Inc., to PSC Group, a portfolio company of New York-based middle-market private investment firm, TJC L.P.
