Citizens Advises The Acacia Group on its Acquisition of Isos Technology
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens M&A Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to The Acacia Group, an independent sponsor specializing in digital transformation, on its acquisition of Isos Technology, an award-winning Atlassian Platinum and Enterprise Solution Partner with customers across the public and private sectors. Isos forms the cornerstone of Acacia’s strategy to build the leading business in the Atlassian partner ecosystem.
Central to Acacia’s growth strategy for Isos is its combination with the Atlassian practice of MajorKey Technologies, a company at the forefront of Acacia’s commercial digital transformation portfolio. MajorKey’s team of Atlassian specialists brings a highly complementary skill set to Isos, with deep experience in consulting, cloud migration and ITSM services for their customers.
