Citizens Advises KLA on its Divestiture of OrboGraph to RMS
PROVIDENCE, RI – Citizens M&A Advisory announced today that it served as the financial advisor to KLA Corporation on the sale of its subsidiary OrboGraph to RMS, a portfolio company of St. Louis-based Thompson Street Capital Partners. OrboGraph provides automation-focused healthcare remittance reconciliation technology and services along with industry-leading check imaging and fraud detection services.
