Yasmeen Jasey joins Citizens as Michigan Market Executive
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens is excited to announce Yasmeen Jasey as our Michigan Market Executive. In this capacity, she will represent Citizens throughout the state as the bank partners with customers, businesses and communities to help them reach their potential and achieve enduring success.
Jasey has more than 25 years of banking experience and joins Citizens from Fifth Third Bank where she served middle market and corporate clients. She will oversee a portfolio of middle market and corporate clients, acting as a strategic and financial partner.

Citizens recently expanded its customer base by acquiring HSBC’s East Coast branches and national digital bank and expects to close its acquisition of New Jersey-based Investors Bank shortly. For business clients, Citizens expanded its mergers and acquisitions advisory team and added equity capital markets capabilities last year with the acquisition of San Francisco-based JMP Group. The bank also acquired Chicago-based Willamette Management Associates in 2021 to bolster its business valuation team.
Jasey graduated and earned an MBA from the University of Windsor, Ontario.
