Citizens Bank’s $8.5 million investment helps finance affordable housing project in Merrimack, N.H.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Bank announced today that its Community Development Group has provided an $8.5 million investment to help finance the construction of 45 units of family housing developed by Manchester-based NeighborWorks of Southern New Hampshire at 315 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, N.H.
The project is located two miles south of downtown Merrimack and will include nine two-story townhome buildings with a total of 31 two-bedroom units and 14 three-bedroom units.
