Citizens Financial Group Chairman and CEO Bruce Van Saun Addresses Future of Banking at Wharton Leadership Conference
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) Chairman and CEO Bruce Van Saun spoke about the future of banking at an address today at the Wharton Leadership Conference.
In his speech titled “Banking 2025 Laying the Foundation for the Next Era of Financial Services,” Van Saun touched on how changes in customer behavior and technology are disrupting the industry and what banks must do to prepare for the future.
