Citizens Financial Group Releases 2017 Corporate Social Responsibility Report (CSR) – Citizens Bank

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Financial Group (CFG) today released its 2017 Corporate Responsibility Report, highlighting its initiatives designed to help its customers, colleagues, and communities reach their potential. This is the bank’s first report since going public in 2014. It can be accessed at www.citizensbank.com/corporateresponsibility

The report showcases the bank’s efforts to build financial literacy among individuals, families, and small businesses, as well as its data security and fraud prevention capabilities.  It provides a snapshot of its training and development programs to enhance its workforce and the growth of its Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.  It also shows how its corporate giving, volunteerism, and community development efforts are strengthening the communities where it operates and how it is working to strengthen its environmental performance.
