Kevin Martin Joins Citizens Bank as President of Citizens Investment Services
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Bank today announced the appointment of Kevin Martin as President, Citizens Securities Inc., and head of Citizens Investment Services. Martin, an industry veteran, joins Citizens from JPMorgan Chase, where he held a variety of key leadership roles in the company’s brokerage and wealth management businesses.
Citizens Investment Services is the division of Citizens Bank Wealth Management that provides a wide range of investment and insurance solutions for individuals and business owners to help them plan for retirement and other long-term financial objectives. Martin reports to John Bahnken, president of Citizens Bank Wealth Management.
“Citizens Investment Services has grown and developed significantly over the past several years and is well positioned to continue accelerating our pace of growth,” said Bahnken. “Kevin brings extensive knowledge of the business and strong leadership skills; our clients and advisors will benefit greatly from his deep expertise.”
For 20 years, Martin held key leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, with a focus on strategic planning, sales administration and strategy, finance and operations. Previously, he held senior roles at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) and BISYS Fund Services.
