Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Declares Semi-Annual Dividend on Preferred Stock
PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) today announced that its
board of directors declared a semi-annual dividend on CFG’s 5.500%
Fixed-to-Floating Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. A
dividend of $27.50 per share is payable on October 6, 2017 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on September 21, 2017.
