Citizens Bank Receives Fannie Mae's STAR Performer Award
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Bank announced today that it received Fannie Mae’s Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards (STAR) Performer recognition for general servicing and solution delivery. The STAR program recognizes top-performing mortgage servicers for outstanding customer service and helping homeowners find the right solutions to fit their needs.

The STAR program is based on a continuous improvement model designed to consistently "raise the bar." The STAR Performer recognition is reserved for top performing servicers within one or more of three STAR Performer categories: general servicing, solution delivery, and timeline management. STAR Performers are identified using operational assessment results based on the servicer capability model ratings across each key functional area, including a review of relevant people strategies, processes, and applicable metrics.
