Citizens Bank Colleague receives 2017 ‘Time is on My Side’ Award
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) has recognized Citizens Bank Application Suite Manager and Head of HR Solutions, Joseph Collette, as the 2017 ‘Time is On My Side’ Rubies Award recipient.
The award is part of Oracle’s client recognition program. The Rubies recognize and celebrate human resource trailblazers who have excelled in investing in their respective colleagues and organizations through the implementation of Oracle’s HCM Cloud products. The winners were selected by other Oracle HCM Cloud users.
“I am incredibly grateful to receive this award on behalf of the Citizens team,” said Collette. “Our work improved the hiring process for new colleagues, and allowed the bank to attract a wider pool of applicants. We’re confident that implementing Taleo will help the bank hire the best available candidates, who in turn, will join us on our journey to help our customers reach their potential.”
Collette and his team began implementing the Oracle Taleo Cloud service, an application within the Oracle HCM Cloud based application suite, in August 2016. Since going live, Taleo has improved the efficiency of the hiring process, improved the mobile experience for applicants and resulted in an uptick in overall applications. Prior to the rollout of Taleo, the mobile site was not user friendly. Today, with large amounts of applicants using mobile devices, it was critical to enhance the mobile experience.
This is the inaugural year of the Oracle HCM Cloud Rubies Awards. There were 11 winners from companies throughout the world. Winners were honored in Boston at the Oracle HCM World conference on April 11. The conference gives HR professionals an opportunity to connect, and learn about modern HR practices.
