Citizens Bank expands mid-Atlantic mortgage services with opening of operations center in Marlton
MARLTON, NJ – Citizens Bank has opened a new mortgage operations center in Marlton to support its growing mortgage business.
The center, located at 400 Lippincott Drive, is home to approximately 100 processing, underwriting and closing colleagues.
“As we continue to grow our mortgage business in the Northeast, the Philadelphia metro area was a natural choice for us to locate a new operations center,” said Matthew Egan, Head of Fulfillment Operations for Citizens Bank.
Citizens increased mortgage origination volumes by 36 percent in 2016, compared to an average industry growth rate of about 13 percent. The bank also grew its mortgage loan officer count by more than 22 percent throughout its footprint.
