Citizens Bank Leads Moses Brown School’s $27 Million Construction Financing
Proceeds will be used by for construction of the Woodman Community and Performing Arts Center and modernization of campus facilities.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Bank announced today that it will lead a $27 million construction financing for the Moses Brown School, an independent, co-educational preparatory school, located in Providence and educating students from nursery through 12th grade.
The construction financing will be used to partially pay for the building of The Woodman Community and Performing Arts Center along with the modernization of the school’s campus and facilities.
“We are very pleased to have worked with Citizens Bank on this transaction,” said Shaun Buckler, Director of Finance and Operations for the Moses Brown School. “The Citizens team brought a number of great ideas to the table and we are delighted with their assistance.”
