Citizens Bank Adds Three Veteran Bankers in Treasury Solutions

Former JP Morgan, RBS and Capital One executives join growing Citizens Commercial Banking team

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Bank today announced three key hires in Treasury Solutions for Citizens Commercial Banking: Susan Wilson as Head of Sales, David Hughes as Chief Administrative Officer and Pat Nuzzo as Head of Liquidity and Commercial Card Product and Sales.      

Wilson joins Citizens from JP Morgan, where she was most recently Managing Director of Treasury Services Sales. Before joining JP Morgan, she was with Deutsche Bank, first as a Director, Global Transaction Sales, and then as Regional Head of Client Services. Her prior roles include positions in Global Transaction Services Sales at HSBC and Citibank.

Hughes brings an impressive background and diverse experience in international and domestic banking, spanning business services, retail, commercial and transaction banking. He joins Citizens from RBS where he was most recently the Chief Administrative Officer for GTS Americas, working with the sales and product teams to meet financial, operational and strategic objectives.

Nuzzo joins Citizens from Capital One, where he was most recently Head of Revenue and Liquidity Management, overseeing revenue management, deposit strategy and product management. Prior to Capital One, he was with Bank of America, where he held senior roles in global product and treasury management finance, and Citizens Bank, where he was the Senior Finance Director in emerging channels.
