Citizens Bank provides $64 million term loan to The Dilweg Companies
Funds used for acquisition of Centennial Tower in Atlanta
ATLANTA – Citizens Bank announced today that it has provided a $64 million term loan to The Dilweg Companies, based in Durham, N.C., to fund the acquisition of Centennial Tower in Atlanta.
The 655,000-square-foot Centennial Tower, built in 1975, counts among its major tenants Turner Broadcasting, Peer 1 Hosting, Oracle and the Atlanta Hawks.
