Stockholders of record of our common stock as of the record date can attend the meeting in-person. To attend the meeting in person you will need proof of your stock ownership as of the record date and a form of government-issued photo identification. If you are the legal representative of a stockholder, you must also bring a letter from the stockholder certifying (a) the beneficial ownership you represent and (b) your status as a legal representative. We will determine in our sole discretion whether the letter presented for admission meets the above requirements. Admission is limited to stockholders and guests are not permitted to attend the meeting. |
